In the book '1984' by George Orwell, a dystopia is described as a society that simply does not care of what the government is hiding to their inhabitants. The government that rules above our characters is 'Big Brother', no one has ever seen his face but they all know and respect him. Big Brother uses dirty tricks as doublethink to confuse their population with phrases as 'war is peace', sounds familiar?
Nowadays almost every country that has some influence over others truly believes that if they don't have weapons prepared for an outbreak then we will never be in peace. Doesn't make sense at first but if you think about it twice it would still not make sense. We are slowly becoming more ignorant if we don't find good information sources and stop believing everything we see in social media, develop more critical thinking so those who are above you won't trick you with lies and scams.
